Art Language Location is a collaborative organisation run by artists based in Cambridge UK. Our aim is to support artists and projects to bring innovative, exciting and experimental text-based art to unusual and interesting locations across Cambridge and beyond.
We have had significant sponsorship and help from many supporters, including Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge Festival of Ideas, Cambridge Assessment and Arts Council England, plus the many locations that have hosted artworks on our behalf over the years. |

"Working in the cracks between Jazz, Public Art & Publishing"
Alban is involved in many creative projects including album artwork, publishing chapbooks, award-winning films and specially commissioned Rugby World Cup bunting which hung all over Twickenham. He spent several years living in south-west France and still loves sketching the people and scenery there. "Be Hilarious" project by Maja Rubinić, Zoran Zelenika, "I-House" (Mostar, B&H)
"Be Hilarious" is an innovative, bosnian-and-herzegovinian project representing excellent illustrations which on a unique and funny way describe Bosnia and Herzegovina, its cities, people, natural beauty and uniqueness. Each drawing tells its own story. The initiator of the project is Miran Hasibovic and authors are artists Zoran Zelenika and Maja Rubinic. The project has its own logo, it is protected by law and registered in the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Collect Connect started with an exhibition in 2010 at Gallery 89, Barnet, London. The exhibition was organised by artists Alban Low and Dean Reddick . Following that first exhibition, they joined with fellow artists Bryan Benge and Stuart Simler to share more ideas and events. Together they have organised 25 exhibitions of more than 1200 people’s work, bringing more than 4000 artworks to the public’s attention.
